TOUR PRICE INCLUDES_______________________________________________________________

 

· Airline tickets in economy class from Madrid or Barcelona to New York and from New York to Madrid or Barcelona.

 

· Accommodation in superior tourist class hotels and luxury accommodation, room only. Available hotels are listed in the "Hotels" section.

 

· Transfer by private coach with Spanish speaking guides on arrival in New York from the airport to the hotel and the day of return from the hotel to the airport.

 

· Bus transfers for runners on marathon day from the hotel to the Verrazano Bridge.

 

· Assistance by Fernando Pineda staff throughout the journey.

 

· Guidance Bureau (Hospitality Desk): an hour a day at the hotel lobby for all type of information and tours.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS_______________________________________________________________

 

 

· The fact of taking part in the trip and services included in this program involves the total acceptance by the customer.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES_______________________________________________________________________

 

 

· At all times, we disclaim all liability for damages that may our customers have as a result of accidents, delays or delays in transportation, theft or loss of property or baggage during the trip.

· Prices are subject to changes in airfares, hotel or any fluctuating dollar / euro exchange.

 

· Date changes for air tickets outside the itineraries must be made 90 days prior to departure for confirmation and price.

 

· If for operational, technical or unavailability reasons could not offer accommodation in hotels described in the "Hotels" section, would be offered accommodation in hotels of equal or greater status within the city center, may increase the surcharge to the current rates at that time.
